The CMT bit produced very fine shavings as opposed to just dust and little pieces from the (also brand new) bosch bit. Before using this bit I had a Bosch bit with similar specs. I must say that once I tried the CMT, I realized the difference in quality. The picture shown seems to be for the 1/4 inch shank. I will definitely spend more money on this quality bits from now on.
